Our little bubble of bliss is popular and so we recommend popping along to book at your earliest convenience as we hate to disappoint!

YOGA

We will once again be providing several wonderful yoga workshops throughout the weekend. Whether you’re dipping in your first toe, or an experienced yogi, we welcome people of all abilities.

All workshops are free, with no need to book in advance. Usually very popular, mats are limited, so please bring your own mat or blanket if possible.


YOGA WORKSHOPS

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa flow is a fusion of various styles of yoga. The style concentrates on breath synchronised movement, one movement one breath creating a union between the two sides, energetic in ways and simply flowing creating a beautiful balance, leaving you feeling invigorated yet with a deep residing peace.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice that activates the connective tissues of the body in order to open restrictions physically and energetically. Using passive longer held postures the tissues of the body become more flexible and the energetic channels open.

FRIDAY

11AM and 5PM - An introduction to Yoga with Orsolya Balla
This class offers a gentle introduction to yoga and is open to complete beginners or experienced yogis that prefer a slower paced class. Orsolya will be also offering one to one yoga sessions  over the weekend. A great opportunity to dip your toe in, meet Orsolya and find out more about how she can tailor a personal session for you over the weekend!

SATURDAY

11AM - Energising Flow with Lisa Valentine
This class is ideal for the practised yogi as you energetically move from one pose to the next creating heat from the inside out. A great way to invigorate yourself for a fun festival day ahead!

12PM - Family Yoga Workshop with Lisa Valentine/ Rebecca Ryder
The family workshop provides an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the benefits of yoga and have some quiet time amid the bustle of the festival. Complete beginners are welcome.

4PM - Slow Flow with Rebecca Ryder
A slow flow to boost your energy in a gentle way leaving you ready to go for the evening ahead! Beginners welcome.

SUNDAY
