By Car

  • From Oxford - Follow the A44 via Woodstock. At Enstone turn right onto the B4022.

  • From Banbury (and the Midlands) - Take the A361 South towards Chipping Norton.  Just before Swerford turn left on to the B4022 towards Enstone and The Tews.

  • From the South-West - Head towards Burford on the A40 or A361. From Burford follow the A361North to Chipping Norton. In Chipping Norton turn right onto the A44 towards Oxford. At Enstone turn left onto the B4022 towards The Tews.

  • From the West - Head to Chipping Norton on the A44 or A361. In Chipping Norton turn right onto the A44 towards Oxford. At Enstone turn left onto the B4022 towards The Tews.


By Public Transport


Great Tew Park is approximately 30 minutes drive from Banbury Station (serviced by Chiltern Railways) and around 12 minutes from Charlbury Station (serviced by Great Western Railways).

Shuttle Bus

Coaches will be providing a shuttle bus service to and from Banbury Station & Charlbury Station. The timetable for Cornbury Festival 2020 will be released in Spring 2020.

If you are staying locally why not take the worry of driving out of the equation and book a taxi to and from your accommodation. Just a little heads up, last year there was a police operation breathalyzing close to the site.

Conveniently positioned on site in two locations:

1.  Adjacent to the Taxi and Bus Stop in Red Car Park - Drop off and Pick up

2.  Within the Arena next to the Information Point where you can book a taxi at your convenience.

Alternatively, a cheap, social and sustainable way to travel is to car share.  Join up with other like-minded Cornbury goers and travel together to the festival, splitting petrol costs and making friends along the way.  Spaces and availability can be found at GoCarShare.



Timings for 2020 are likely to be as follows:  

Thursday 10th July - 2pm Campsite opens 

Monday 13th July - 12pm Campsite closes

(You can arrive and leave any time between the Campsite opening and closing)

Friday 10th July, Saturday 11th July, Sunday 12th July

9am - Gates to the Arena open

12pm (approx) - Music will start on the Main Stage. Earlier on other Stages

11pm - Music will end
